  • Dress code
    At Duet, we cherish a harmonious blend of elegance and comfort. To uphold this atmosphere, we request that sportswear is not worn. Gentlemen are kindly asked to wear covered shoes and trousers, sleeveless shirts are not permitted.
  • Kids policy
    Children aged five years old and older are welcome at Duet by David Toutain. We offer a special kids set menu for THB 950 for children aged five to twelve years old. A la carte options are also availability.
  • Taxes and Service Charge

    All food, beverage, and related charges are subject to the applicable taxes

    and service charge in effect on the date of the event.

  • Photography Guidelines
    To ensure the privacy and comfort of all guests, photo-taking is restricted to phone cameras. Use of professional cameras requires prior approval from The Ritz-Carlton in accordance with internal policies.
  • Outside Food and Beverages
    Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the premises, except birthday cake. For spirits and wines, please refer to our corkage policy.
  • Deposit Policy

    Individual & Group Reservation

    A deposit of THB 2,900 per person is required to confirm bookings.

    Exclusive Reservation 

    100% deposit of minimum spend is required to guarantee your reservation.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Individual Reservation & Group Reservation

    Up to 4 guests

    Cancellations can be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund of paid deposit. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, deposits are non-refundable.

    5 guests to 10 guests

    Cancellations can be made at least 48 hours in advanced for a full refund of paid deposit. For cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, deposits are non-refundable.

    11 guests to 16 guests

    Cancellations can be made at least 72 hours in advanced for a full refund of paid deposit. For cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice, deposits are non-refundable

    Exclusive Reservation

    Cancellations can be made at least 7 days in advanced for a full refund of paid deposit. For cancellations made with less than 7 days notice, deposits are non-refundable.
